2. Real Estate Listings and Transactions

  • 2.1. Accuracy of Listings: Realtors and users posting property listings must ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Misleading or false property descriptions are not allowed.

  • 2.2. Legal Compliance: Realtors and users must comply with all relevant real estate laws and regulations, including licensing requirements, in their respective jurisdictions.

  • 2.3. Responsibility for Transactions: Users and realtors are responsible for all negotiations, transactions, and agreements made through the App. The App is not responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise.

3. Reporting Violations

If you come across a user or listing that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to our support team promptly.

4. Consequences of Violation

  • 4.1. Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates this policy.

  • 4.2. Legal Action: In cases involving illegal activities, we may report the violation to law enforcement authorities.

5. Disclaimer

The App is a platform for connecting real estate professionals and users. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of listings or transactions. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and conduct due diligence when using the App.

6. Changes to Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the App after policy changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
