Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate different situations. Please read the following terms carefully:

Flexible Policy (For most bookings):

  • Full Refund: Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 75% refund of the total stay fee albeit 100% of their security deposit shall be refunded.

  • 60% Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before check-in will receive a 60% refund of the total stay fee albeit 100% of their security deposit shall be refunded.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or for no-shows will not be eligible for a stay refund albeit 100% of their security deposit shall be refunded.

Strict Policy (For high-demand periods or properties)

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in will receive a 65% refund of the total stay fee and 100% of their security deposit shall be refunded.

  • 50% Refund: Guests who cancel between 7 and 13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total stay fee and 100% of their security deposit shall be refunded.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in or for no-shows will not be eligible for a stay refund albeit 100% of their security deposit shall be refunded.

Additional Notes

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request.

  • Modification Requests: Changing dates or shortening the stay may be subject to availability and pricing adjustments.

  • Special Circumstances: In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, medical emergencies), please contact us directly. We will assess such cases individually and may offer additional flexibility at our discretion.

  • Security Deposits: Any refundable security deposit will be returned in full if the cancellation is made according to the policy terms.
