Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate different situations. Please read the following terms carefully:
Flexible Policy (For most bookings):
Full Refund: Guests who cancel at least 24 hours after the booking has been accepted will receive a 90% refund of the total stay fee albeit 100% of their security deposit shall be refunded.
60% Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours after the booking has been accepted will receive a 70% refund of the total stay fee albeit 100% of their security deposit shall be refunded.
No Refund: Cancellations made over 48 hours after booking acceptance or for no-shows will not be eligible for a stay refund albeit 100% of their security deposit shall be refunded.
Strict Policy (For high-demand periods or properties)
Full Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours after booking acceptance will receive a 80% refund of the total stay fee and 100% of their security deposit shall be refunded.
50% Refund: Guests who cancel between 24 to 48 hours after booking acceptance will receive a 60% refund of the total stay fee and 100% of their security deposit shall be refunded.
No Refund: Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking acceptance or for no-shows will not be eligible for a stay refund albeit 100% of their security deposit shall be refunded if applicable.
Additional Notes
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
Modification Requests: Changing dates or shortening the stay may be subject to availability and pricing adjustments.
Special Circumstances: In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, medical emergencies), please contact us directly. We will assess such cases individually and may offer additional flexibility at our discretion.
Security Deposits: Any refundable security deposit will be returned in full if the cancellation is made according to the policy terms.
